Critical Incident Debriefing
We can provide critical incident debriefing, carried out by counsellors who have been specifically trained. This one-off session is usually held within 72 hours after traumatic incident has occurred.
Post-traumatic stress therapy
A specialist therapy aimed at those who have experienced, either directly or indirectly, a situation that has adversely affected them and is undermining their ability to cope with normal everyday stress.
