Training & Coaching Programmes
The Beech Group can provide a range of training programmes designed to help managers and teams identify and understand stress in the workplace and how to deal with it.
We can also provide bespoke training courses dependent on your specific company needs.
Counselling skills in the workplace This one or two day workshop examines the impact that problems can have on work performance and relationships in the workplace. It explores the style and approach needed in order to be successful when tackling individual and organisational issues and provides the participants with an understanding of the counselling and listening skills they need to support, and get the best from, their staff.
Stress-buster workshop An hour-long workshop with up to six attendees and usually run over a lunchtime by a senior consultant who offers "first aid" for work-related stress.
Stress management workshop A workshop designed to address issues where a number of staff, or even the whole workforce, is going through a period of change. The aim is to teach participants what stress is - how to identify it and how to manage it - so that it no longer impairs their ability to maintain a healthy work/life balance.
Anger management workshop A workshop for between four and eight participants designed to help them recognise, cope with and express their anger in a healthy and safe way.
Management coaching A programme to help managers deal more successfully with their staff and work. It is a structured and collaborative approach with the coach working alongside the individual, enabling him or her to set and achieve realistic goals.
"Counselling in the workplace could reduce levels of sickness and absence by between 25 and 50%" 'Counselling in the Workplace - The Facts' by Professor John McLeod
