The
Beech Group is a Brighton based provider of Employee Assistance
Programmes (EAP's). We help organisations support their staff by
providing counselling schemes, stress management training and a range
of other staff support services.

to outline the counselling and other support services we provide to
organisations through our Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs). An
EAP can help individuals and teams in the workplace deal with problems
arising from the symptoms of depression, anxiety and stress and is one
of the key employee benefits which human resources staff can consider.
After
all, in any organisation, the welfare, motivation, performance,
productivity and general interaction of people present the greatest
challenge. Managing stress, whatever its cause, through the
implementation of an EAP can help both managers and staff in all these
areas, benefiting individuals, teams and the employer. With
the requirement for employers to have a duty of care towards their

Based in Brighton, we work locally from our office base, and throughout the South East via a network of approved associates.
 Our approach As a practice, we work to understand the needs and constraints of small and medium sized organisations in the area, and focus on providing a flexible, affordable services. We are keen to develop a responsive working relationship with our corporate clients and have a personal yet professional approach. Our EAPs are tailor-made to meet their requirements and priorities.
